\huge\bold{Question:}

Find the median of: 66, 98, 54, 92, 87, 63, 72.

\huge\bold{Solution:}

To find the median of any given frequency, the first we've to do is to write every observations in ascending order.

66, 98, 54, 92, 87, 63, 72

=> 54, 63, 66, 72, 87, 92, 98

After writing them in ascending order, find the middle value and that value/observation will be the median if the number is odd.

As we see that the given frequency has odd observations,

=> 72

Hence, 72 is the median of the given frequency.
