Given Median = 26,56,32,33,60,17,34,29,45.

Arrange the median in Ascending order. = 17,26,29,32,33,34,45,56,60.

Now, Median = (n + 1/2)th

                       = 9 + 1/2

                       = 10/2

                       = 5th term.

The 5th term = 33.

Now, Given that 26 is replaced by 62.

Now, After replacing 26 with 62 and forming the numbers in ascending order:

17,29,32,33,34,45,56,60,62.

Therefore the 5th term in the median = 34.

Therefore the new median is 34.

Hope this helps!
