Sum of first 40 whole no. can be find by sum of A.P. formula.
Sn = n/2(a + Tn)
a = 1
Tn = 40
n = 40
Sn = 40/2(1 + 40)
= 20×41
= 820
Mean of first 40 whole no. = sum of all no./total no.
= 820/40
= 20.5 ...... Answer (Mean)
