find the median of first six prime numbers

the first six prime numbers =2 ,3,5,7,11,13
n=6
therfore n/2th term=6/2=3rd term that is 5 therfore the median is 5

2, 3, 5, 7, 11, 13

Median =

 = \frac{n}{2} + ( \frac{n + 1}{2} )

 = \frac{6}{2} + ( \frac{6 + 1}{2})

 = \frac{3rd \: term + 4th \: term}{2}

 = \frac{7 + 5}{2}

 = \frac{12}{2}

 = 6

Median = 6
