Find the median of given values (2,4,3,2,9,75,29)

b) 4

First we need to arrange the given numbers in ascending order.

After doing this, we get the values as:

2,2,3,4,9,29,75.

Number of observations = 7, which is odd.

So, median = (n+1)/2 th term,  where n = 7

Median = 8/2 = 4th term.

The fourth term in the ascending order of numbers is 4.

So, option is (b).

The median value is 4

Step-by-step explanation:

Arranging the values in ascending order,

2,2,3,4,9,29,75

Total number=7

Then, according to the formula of median,\frac{n+1}{2}

                                            Than, \frac{7+1}{2}

                                                     =\frac{8}{2}

                                                     =4

                 then the median will be=4
