➳To calculate median:-

 \frac{n + 1}{2} th \: value

➳Median is the most repeated or middle term in a series.

➳arrange in ascending order

•) 12,12,13,13,14,14,14,16,19

➳n = 9 \\ ➳\frac{ n + 1}{2} = 5th \: value

so, 5 th value = 14.
