To Find the Median of the ungrounded data, Firstly we arrange the data either into ascending or descending order,
Here, The data is already arranged in ascending order.

Here, Total number of terms (n) = 10

As 10 is even, So median of the given data will be --

 \frac{ (\frac{n}{2} )th \: term + ( \frac{n}{2} + 1 )th \: term}{2} \\ \\ \frac{( \frac{10}{2})th \: term + ( \frac{10}{2} + 1)th \: term }{2} \\ \\ \frac{5th \: term + 6th \: term}{2} \\ \\ 5th \: term \: = 45 \\ 6th \: term \: = 54 \\ \\ \frac{45 + 54}{2} \\ \\ \frac{99}{2} = > 49.5

Therefore, 49.5 is the median of given data

To find the median, we have to arrange the observations in ascending order.

22, 29, 29, 34, 45, 54, 56, 68, 78, 84

n = 10

Terms :-

\dfrac{n}{2}th term and \dfrac{n + 1}{2}th term

= \dfrac{10}{2}th term and \dfrac{10 + 1}{2}th term

= 5th & 6th Terms

Median = \dfrac{45 + 54}{2}

Median = \dfrac{99}{2}

Median = 49.5
