d= -2-(-6)

d= 4

l=58

then

l= an =a+(n+1)d

58= -6 + (n-1)4

64 =4n-4

4n=68/4

n=17

where ( n) Is odd no. tyen

the middle term =(n+1)/2=9th

a9= -6 +(9-1)4

= -6 +32

a9=26
