we have to find the no. which leaves remainder 5 on dividing by 7 so,

we have to divide the no. one by one by 7 to see which no. leaves remainder 5 so,

103 on dividing leaves the remainder 5 hence,

To make AP we have to Add 7 in the number constantly and we gets the AP- 103,110,117--------999

Now,

Middle term = (n + 1)/2 but,

we have to find n

given that- an= 999

a = 103

d = 7

so, by applying an = a + (n-1)d

we get n = 179

and middle term = (n + 1)/2 so,

middle term is 90
