Formula of mid point :

x=\frac{x_1+x_2}{2}

(y_1,y_2)= (-1, -23)

So, mid point :

x=\frac{1-1}{2}

x=0

y=\frac{-30}{2}

y=-15

Hence the mid point of the given points is (0,-15)
