Answer

y=2 ------Smallest

y=8------- Greatest

Explanation

If - x2+3x-2 =0

-x2+3x-2 = -x2+2x+x-2=0

(x-2)(-x) + (x-2) ×1 =0

(x-2)(x-1) =0

SO x= 2

x=1

If x =2

y= 8

if x =1

y= 2

since 2<8

So greatest value of y=8 and smallest value is y=2
