Here the pattern is that 216 is the cube rooth of 6 and on halving 6 we get 3 and multiplying 3 ×3×3×3 we get 81 .

Similarly 512 is the cude root of 8 and on halving 8 we get 4 and multiplying 4 ×4×4×4 we get 256 .

so the missing value is 256.

= 6×6×6:(6/2)×(6/2)×(6/2)×(6/2)::8×8×8: (8/2)

= 216:3×3×3×3::512:4×4×4×4

= 216 : 81 :: 512 : 256
