I have found the pattern for the first and last box, but it doesn't work for the middle box.

Formula: (right number^2) + bottom number + (top number - left number)

Case 1: 6^2 + 12 + (9 - 3)

= 36 + 12 + 6

= 54(middle number)

Case 2: 10^2 + 14 + (6 - 12)

= 100 + 14 + (-6)

= 108

However, it doesn't work for the middle box as it yields an answer that isn't an option:

11^2 + 17 + (23 - 5)

= 121 + 17 + 18

= 156
