The answer is 810.
Becaus, in the R.H.S. each number is the two times of the digits in L.H.S.
Like, 21 in this number if we multiply each digit by 2 and then put them together, we get 42.
21 => 2×2 and 1×2 = 4 and 2 = 42
Samely, 39 = 3×2 and 9×2 = 6 and 18 = 618.
.............
Thus, 45 = 4×2 and 5×2 = 8 and 10 = 810.
