Find the missing number, if a certain rule is followed either row -wise or column- wise.

Column –wise if you add

The first column -11+17+25+19 =72

Second column – 3+12+34+25 = 74

Third column – 8+ - +19+11 = 76 and the answer is 38

Row-wise answers vary between the rows.  First row answer is 22, second row if you add 38 you will get 67; third row you will get 78 and the last row, you will get 55.
