The missing term is 11.

As if we do the sum 8 +9 +4 we get 21 ...
now multiply 21 with 4

we will get 84 now subtract 2 from 84 u will get 82.

Again do the sum of 2nd column 5+ 8 + 4.
u will get 17 now multiply 17 with 4 u will get 68 now subtract 12 from it you will get...56

again do the sum of 3rd column 6 + 11 +4 u will get 21 now multiply it by 4 u will get 84 subttact 22 from it u will get 62.


Hence we came to know that doing the of collumn and multiplying with 4 we have to subtrat a number from it ....that having 2 in one,s position and get increased 10 ...every time that 2 again 12 again 22.
