b=20m

A=1/2×b×h

12=1/2×20×h

12=10×h

12/10=h

1.2=h

hypotenuse=

a^=b^+h^

a^=(20)^+(1.2)^

a^=400+1.44

√a^=√401.44

a=√401.44

area of triangle = 1/2 base *Height
