b) 2.5 is the right answer as in all the figures first number of middle line is divided by 2 , and the result is multiplied by 8

1) 8/2 = 4 and 4×8 = 32
2) 10/2 = 5 and 5×8 = 40
so , 3) 5/2 = 2.5 and 2.5×8 = 20
and from top to bottom the mid digit is multiplied by 16 to get the top digit and multiplied by 4 to get the bottom one
1) 4×16 = 64 & 4×4 = 16
2) 5×16 = 80 & 5×4 = 20
3) 2.5×16 = 40 & 2.5×4 = 10

Hey Friend!! The answer is b. 2.5. you can see that in the first box middle number is 4 it is multiplied by 2 to get 8 in the left then multiplied again with 2 to get 16 and again to get 32 and then 64. Similarly in 2nd and 3rd boxes. In third box number on the left is 5 therefore the missing number is 5/2 = 2.5
