Logic :- Multiply by 4 and subtract Multiple of 7 .

Explanation :-

→ 5 * 4 = 20

→ 20 - 7 = 13

→ 13 * 4 = 52

→ 152 - 21 = 131

→ 131 * 4 = 524

then,

→ 524 - 28 = 496 (C) (Ans.)
