Answer:

11*(2/2)-1=10

10*(3/2)-1=14

14*(4/2)-1=27

27*(5/2)-1=66.5

So the missing number is 14

11

11 x 1 - 1  = 10

10 x 1.5 - 1 = 14

14 x 2 - 1  = 27

27 x 2.5 - 1  = 66.5

66.5 x 3 - 1  = 198.5

Missing number is  14

Tₙ  = Tₙ₋₁  x (n/2)  -  1
