Modal class = class with highest frequency

So modal class = 40-50

l = 40

f1 = 20

f0 = 13

f2 = 11

h = 50-40 = 10

mode =l +   \frac{f_1-f_0}{2f_1-f_0-f_2}  \times h\\ \\ mode =40+   \frac{20-13}{2 \times 20-13-11}  \times 10\\ \\ mode =40+   \frac{7}{16}  \times 10\\ \\ mode = 40 + \frac{70}{16}\\ \\ mode = 40+4.375\\ \\ \boxed{ \red{mode=43.375}}
