Hey friend here is ur solution..

NH3 molecular mass=17
No. of moles
=6.02*10^20/6.02*10^23
=10^{-3} moles
(since 1 mole=6.02*10^23 molecule)
Molarity
= no. of moles of solute dissolved in 1lit solution
100ml=0.1 litere
Molarity=10^{-3}/0.1
=10^{-2}
=0.01M
correct answer is 'b'..
