H₂SO₄ ⇒ 2 H⁺ + SO₄²⁻

⇒0.5 moles of H₂SO₄ produces 2 x 0.5 moles of H⁺ = 1 mole of H⁺

Molarity = Number of moles/Volume of solution(L)

= 1/0.25.

= 4 M.
