F=100 g

m=?

a=20 J

F=ma

100=m × 20

100/20=m

m=5 kg•m/s

Kinetic Energy = 1/2mv²

1/2mv² = 20

m = 0.1 kg

v² = 400

v = 20m/s

Momentum = m×v

0.1×20 = 2 kg m/s
