K=p2/2m

p2=2mk

2×2×100

=400

p=20

The mass of the object, m = 2 kg

The momentum of the object, p = ?

The Kinetic Energy, K.E = 100 J

We know that,,,

kinetic\: energy \:  =  \frac{p {}^{2} }{2m}

From this,,,,

100 = p^2 / 2 × 2

100 = p^2 / 4

p^2 = 100 ×4

p^2 = 400

p = 20 kg m/s

The momentum, p is 20 Kg m/s
