ANSWER:

first let us know what is a multiplicative inverse

MULTIPLICATIVE INVERSE:

mutiplicative inverse is just the reciprocal of the given number.

(or)

simply when two numbers are multiplied if their product is 1.They are called as multiplicative inverse of each other

for example

multiplicative inverse of a is 1/a

here a×1/a=1

so,they are multiplicative identities of each other

now let us come to our question

multiplicative inverse of

 \frac{ - 4}{3}  \times  \frac{ - 2}{7}

their \: product \:  =  \frac{8}{21}

now the mutiplicative inverse of 8/21 is

\Huge\bf{\boxed{\frac{21}{8}}}

VERIFICATION:

let us verify the answer

it is simple if their product is 1

then it is the multiplicative inverse

 \frac{8}{21}  \times  \frac{21}{8}   = 1

hence proved
