Answer:

4 {x}^{2}  + 4x + 1 = 0

4 {x}^{2}  + 2x + 2x + 1 = 0

2x(2x + 1) + 1(2x + 1) = 0

(2x + 1)(2x + 1) = 0

2x + 1 = 0

2x =  - 1

 \color{orange}x =  \frac{ - 1}{2}

Answer:

4x^2 + 4x + 1 = 0

4x^2 + 2x +2x +1 = 0

2x ( 2x + 1 ) + 1 ( 2x +1 ) = 0

(2x +1) (2x +1) = 0

2x +1 = 0 , 2x +1 = 0

2x = -1 , 2x = -1

x = -1/2 , x = -1/2.

Nature of roots are conflict.

0>-1/2. that's why
