(root2x^2)+(-3x/root2)+(1/root2)=0

If,ax^2+bx+c=0
Then,D=b^2-4ac

Therefore,D=(-3/root2)^2-4(root2)(1/root2)
D=(9/2)-4(1)
D=(9/2)-4
D=(9-8)/2
D=1/2

Since,D>0
Therefore, the roots are real in nature.
