Answer :

roots of given quadratic equation :

Ans = X = - 32 or X = 2

given quadratic equation

x^2 + 22x - 6 = 0

spilitting the middle term , we get

=> x^2+32x-√2x-6 = 0

=> x²+3√2x-√2x-√2×3√2 = 0

=> x(x+3√2)-√2(x+3√2)=0

=> (x+3√2)(x-√2)=0

=> x+3√2=0 Or x-√2=0

=> x = -3√2 Or x = √2

Therefore,

Roots of given quadratic equation :

x = -3√2 Or x = √2
