Given:5x^2-2x-10=0

Here ,a=5, b= -2, C= -10

Therefore,

Discriminant(D)=b^2-4ac

=(-2)^2-4×5×10

=4 - 200

= -196

thus D<0.

Hence,No real roots in this equation.

Answer:

On checking the discriminant we get to know that the roots are positive integer and are real no.s

a= 5

b= -2

c= -10

D= b^2 - 4ac

D = 4 + 200

D = 204

D is more than 0 hence the roots are real
