if u apply the parallel formula you get the net RESISTANCE between those two resistors as 6 ohms

this 6 ohm is in series with 3 ohm resistor. so their net RESISTANCE will be 9 ohm

this 9 ohm is in parallel with 6 ohm.

again u apply parallel resistors formula u get their net resistance as 18/5 ohms = 3.6 ohms

THIS 3.6 OHM NET RESISTANCE IS IN SERIES WITH 10 OHM RESISTOR

SO TOTAL NET RESISTANCE OF THE CIRCUIT BETWEEN A AND B WILL BE (10+3.6)OHMS = 13.6 OHMS
