i) 2 .5.11.23..... the difference is 3,6,12..... means double of previous difference.
so next difference will be 24, 48, 96 and terms will be
23 +24 = 47
47+48 = 95
95+ 96 = 191
ii)2,4,8,16..... difference is 2,4,8 ....means again the double of previous difference.
so next difference will be 16, 32, 64
so the terms will be,
16+16 = 32
32 +32 =64
64+64 = 128

qais: corrected miss :)
qais: thanks :)

(1). Next number in the sequence just arrive by doubling the preceeding number and there by adding 1 to it.

2, 5 (2x2+1), 11 (5x2+1), 23 (11x2+1)..next no.s be (23x2+1) 47, (47x2+1) 95, (95x2+1)191....

2, 5, 11, 23, __47, 95, 191___ is the sequence

                                      ======@@@========

(2) The sequence  just followed the rule 2^n (2 power n), where n=1,2,3,4,5,6,7,....

2 (2^1), 4 (2²), 8 (2³), 16 (2^4).. next no.s will be (2^5) 32, (2^5) 64, (2^6) 128

So the sequence be 2,4,8,16,__32,64,128__
