There are many ways to find the next term in sequence. One of them i explained below. And the pattern is

[(1st Term - 2nd Term) × 3] + 2nd term =3rd term

3 -10 =7 ; 10–31 =21 ; 31-94=63 ; 238-94 =189

Now the difference is multiplied by 3 every time starting from 7

Like 7×3 =21 which is difference of 31 and 10.

21×3 =63 which is difference of 94 and 31. And so on..

So for the last value in sequence we have to multiply 189 (difference of 238 and 94) by 3 .

189×3 =567

Now add 567 to 238 .

So the last number is 805.
