Volume remains the same.
Volume of big cube = total volume of small cubes
Let the number of small cubes be n
(18)³ = n×(6)³
⇒n = 3×3×3 = 27

Volume of cube =18*18*18
=5832cm cube
Volume of cube to be cut = 6*6*6
=216 cm cube
No of cubes = volume of cube / volume of each cube to be cut
=5832/216
=27
Hence the no of cubes which can be cut are 27
=5832cm cube
Volume of cube to be cut = 6*6*6
=216 cm cube
No of cubes = volume of cube / volume of each cube to be cut
=5832/216
=27
Hence the no of cubes which can be cut are 27
