for number of atoms we first need to fined no. of moles of CaCO3

moles = given mass / molecular mass

= 250/100.09

= 2.50 mol.

so 2.5 mol of carbon and 2.5 mol of carbon atoms and 7.5 mol of oxygen atoms are present

now in 1 mol there are 6.022× 10^ -23 atoms so now multiply respectively.

Ca will have 1 × Na = 6.022× 10^ -23 atoms

in carbon also 6.022× 10^ -23 atoms

in oxygen it will be 3 ÷ Na
