4.5 ÷ 1.5 = 3
3 x 2 - 1 = 5 (the centre piece repeats)
There can be 5 plates on one layer.
10 ÷ 0.2 = 50
There are 50 plates on one stack.
50 x 5 = 250
The cylinder can fit 250 plates.
