Answer: rs. 225000

Step-by-step explanation:

1m = 100cm

Given - side of square = 9m = 900cm

Area of the floor = side square

= 900 square

= 810000sq.cm

Given - length of tile = 15cm

Breadth = 3cm

Area of the tile = l x b

= 15 x 3

= 45sq.cm

No. Of tiles required

= 810000 / 45

= 18000

Therefore 18000 tiles are required

Cost of 1 tile = 12.50

Cost of 18000 = 18000 x 12.50

= 225000

Therefore the cost will be rs. 225000
