Find the number of sides of a regular polygon whose each interior angle is of 135?

Lets suppose that there are n number of sides in a regular polygon whose interior angle is 135°


We know that,

\textbf{Exterior angle = 180° - Interior angle}

=> Exterior angle = 180° - 135°

=> Exterior angle = 45°


We know that in a regular polygon,

\textbf{Sum of all exterior angles is 360°}

=> Total number of exterior angles = 360°/45°

=> Total number of exterior angles = 8

=>\textbf{Total number of sides = 8}


So there are 8 sides in a regular polygon whose interior angles is 135°
