each \: exterior \: angle \:  =  \frac{360}{n}   \\ where \: n \: is \: number \: of \: sides \\  \: given \:  \\  \frac{360}{n}  = 45 \\ n =  \frac{ 360}{45}  = 8
Hence the number of sides is 8
it is an OCTAGON
