So a1 = 1 , b1 = 2 and c1 = -8

2x + 3y = 16

∴ 2x + 3y - 16 = 0

So,  a2 = 2 , b2 = 3 and c2 = -16

∴  \frac{a1}{a2} = \frac{1}{2}

\frac{b1}{b2} = \frac{2}{3}

\frac{c1}{c2} = \frac{-8}{-16} = \frac{1}{2}

since , \frac{a1}{a2} \neq \frac{b1}{b2}
