Area of the floor = 4m * 3m = 12 sq.m

area of the tile = 20 * 20 = 400cm^2

12 sq. m = 120000 sq. cm

no.of tiles required = 120000/400 = 300 tiles

therefore, you require 300 tiles to cover your floor
