Let one number be x.

Then, other number = 6x

Atq,

 \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \: x + 6x = 49 \\  =  > 7x =4 9 \\  =  > x =  \frac{49}{7}  \\  =  > x =7

Hence, the required numbers are 7 and (6×7)=42
