option (c) is the number which does not belongs to the group .  Because every number's middle digit is the product of the right and left side digits except 383 so it doesn't belongs to the group .

The number that does not belong to the above group is 383.

Given,

Series of numbers : 111,331,482,551,263,383,362,284.

To Find,

The number that does not belong to the group.

Solution,

To solve this type of question,

firstly we must understand the pattern of the series.

In the above series,

The middle digit is the product or multiplication of the first and last digits.

111 = 1×1 = 1

331 = 3×1 = 3

482 = 4×2 = 8

551 = 5×1 = 5

263 = 2×3 = 6

383 = 3×3 = 9

362 = 3×2 = 6

284 = 2×4 = 8

only 383 is the odd one out whose middle digit is not similar

So, 383 is the odd one out.

The number that does not belong to the above group is 383.
