Find the number to of marbles slabs, each of dimension 40cmx 20cm to be laid around a square Park of side 18m ,to a width of 2m

dimensions of the park= 1800x200 cm

dimensions of 1 marble slab= 40cmx20cm

no. of slabs required =  \frac{area \: of \: park}{area \: of \: 1 \: slab}

=> \frac{1800 \times 200}{40 \times 20}

=>450 marble slabs.

= l ×b

= 40 × 20

= 800 cm
