Atq,

 =  >  \frac{13}{100}  \times x = 65

 =    > \frac{13x}{100}  = 65

 =  > 13x = 100 \times 65

 =  > x =   \frac{100 \times 65}{13}

 =  > x = 500

Hence, the required number is 500.

 \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \: 6\% \: of \: x = 2

 =  >  \frac{6}{100}  \times x = 2

 =  >  \frac{3x}{50}  = 2

 =  > 3x = 50 \times 2

 =  > x =  \frac{50 \times 2}{3}

 =  >  x  =  \frac{100}{3}

 =  > x = 33.33
