HCL=Hydrochloric Acid

CH3COOH=Acetic Acid

HNO3=Nitric Acid

H2SO4=Sulfuric Acid

The odd one is acetic acid because only this acid is weak acid.In aqueous solution,it dissociates partially and gives hydronium ion.It has dissociation constant value.The dissociation constant=1.8*10^-5.In vinegar there is nothing but acetic acid.

Hydrochloric Acid,Nitric Acid,Sulfuric Acid are strong acid.They dissociate completely in aqueous solution.
