sickle cell anaemia: cause rest are chromosome lack defects

down syndrome:

A genetic chromosome 21 disorder causing developmental and intellectual delays.

Down's syndrome is a genetic disorder caused when abnormal cell division results in extra genetic material from chromosome 21.

sickle cell anaemia:

A group of disorders that cause red blood cells to become misshapen and break down.

With sickle cell disease, an inherited group of disorders, red blood cells contort into a sickle shape. The cells die early, leaving a shortage of healthy red blood cells (sickle cell anaemia) and can block blood flow causing pain (sickle cell crisis).

turner syndrome:

A chromosomal disorder in which a female is born with only one X chromosome

Turner syndrome results from a missing or incomplete sex chromosome.

klinnefelter syndrome:

A genetic condition in which a male is born with an extra copy of the X chromosome

Klinefelter's syndrome isn't inherited, but rather occurs only as a result of a random genetic error after conception.
