The odd one out is option (iii) Skull, Vertebrae, Sternum and Pelvic girdle.

Explanation:

The option (i) Femur, radius, tibia, fibula & tarsals.

All the bones in this are of a human leg but has one bone which is not a part of leg, the radius. Radius is a bone present in the arm.

The option (ii)   Humerus, ulna, metatarsals & phalanges.

The bones in this set are the bones of an arm, except the metatarsals.

Metatarsals are the bones forming the feet.

Option (iii) Skull, Vertebrae, Sternum and Pelvic girdle.

Is the odd one out as it is the only option with right set of bones.

All four bones in it are the part  20 major bones of  human body.

Option (iv) Hinge joint, ball & socket joint and sutures.

In this set two are bones and the other is not a part of the skeletal system.

Hinge joints are bones which function as the hinge on a door. like the ankles, knees and elbows. Ball and socket joints are the bones which fit like a ball into a holder, like the shoulder (humerus fitting into the scapula ) and leg (femur fitting in the pelvic girdle).

Option (v) Humerus, femur, radius, tibia & teeth

This option has two leg bones, two arm bones and teeth, which is not a part of skeletal system.

Option (iii) is the odd one out in the given five options. It is the only set of bones which are a part of a category.

Other options are wrong because they have one or more wrong bones in the set of options.
