How many days old are you? 365 days in a year as you probably know (if you want to be super accurate look up how many leap years you have lived and add a day for each of those). Make sure you include the number of days since you 13th birthday - count them up on a calendar if you don’t know how many days there are in each month.

From the number of days old you are you can work out how many hours you have been alive. 24 hours in a day so multiply by 24.

Then the number of minutes - you probably know how many minutes in 1 hour so multiply the number of hours by that number.

Now you know how many minutes old you are, can do the last step to calculate how many seconds?
