p(x) = 2x4 + 7x3 - 19x2 -14x +30

if zeroes are root2 & -root2

it becomes x2 - 2

so, q(x)= x2-2

then p(x)/q(x) gives 2x2 + 7x - 2

by middle term spilting it gives zeroes of polynomial.
